Daily Practice Program

For those seeking maximum benefits, it is highly recommended to engage in the complete daily program. By doing so, you will nurture your physical, mental, and spiritual facets, establishing a strong foundation for future practices, including the advanced techniques of kriya yoga. However, if time becomes a constraint, I encourage you to dedicate yourself to as many of these practices as possible, gradually working towards incorporating the full program into your daily routine.

Should time be a limitation, consider dividing the practices throughout your day. You may choose to indulge in some of them in the morning and reserve others for the evening, aligning them with the pockets of time available to you. This way, you can still reap the benefits and honor your commitment to personal growth.

Drawing from our collective experience, we have found that it is paramount to thoroughly master each technique before progressing to the next set of practices. This process typically requires a minimum of fifteen days, and on average, around one month. Embracing this approach ensures a firm foundation and sets the stage for the eventual success of your spiritual journey.
